  Very rude, was asked if I required help, when I said Yes but I can wait till hou have finished with your current customers, I was told to wait by the till a distance away, I then pointed said we were interested in the fruit trees and would stay there rather than go back to the till. I was very rudely told that she was busy dealing with customers at the moment and she would come and find us !! A fact I had already obsrved and had said. So we walked out £100 loss in sales for you, I hope the couple you were serving bought, we only wanted to know if we could untie the trees and take them to the till, as we knew what we wanted
