  The cashier LIED to me stating that I had to have a membership card to buy from the store. then finally after pressing the issue retracted her lie and said she was just trying to get people to become members. Absolutely disgusting tactic. trying to shove a membership card down my throat. IF i wanted a membership i would ask for one. She had a disgraceful attitude.

  Online, so unhelpful. Ordered something for my husbands birthday, paid for it. Been told it won't get there until after his birthday. Asked if i could cancel the order, they said no. They told me there might be the same product in store so i can buy it again in store. I say, can i have my money back then, so i can buy in store. They said no. Told me I can't have my money back until the item arrives in store. I say, i have proof,that i have paid, can't i go into the store, pick the same item and show them proof that i have paid. They say no. You have to pay for it again. You cant have a refund, you can't have you product before saturday and you have to buy it again in store if you want it before Saturday. I tell them it did not say on the order that it would be here on Monday on my ipad. They say it does. I say, if it said that it was being delivered on Monday, i would not have ordered it. So in a nutshell, i have paid, I can't have it, I can't have my money back and i have to pay out even more money, if i want my husband to have a present for his birthday. Must be the most unhelpful company i have dealt with.
