  I switched to Lunettes a few years ago as I wasn't happy with the prescription I got from another place. I found that the visit at Lunettes (with Harshad Pancholi) was a lot more thorough and more similar to what I'm used to in Italy - where we go to a hospital most of the time, for eye tests. More recently, they also introduced a 3D scan of the area behind the eye, which you can do every few years so they can keep images in their records. Generally, I really like the staff there, they're really accommodating and, unlike other places, not pushy at all when it comes to buy new glasses. I also found that they're really good at giving advice, for a simple example: I was going through the various options for lenses and the ones with blue filters - for those who use monitors a lot - came up, but Mr Pancholi did remember that I draw illustrations for a living and recommended against them, as they'd change my colour perception ever so slightly. Not a problem if you just use a PC in an office, but I need to see colours accurately. Really: if you're anything like me and you dislike how some other place's staff try to push for glasses' sales whenever you go there for your eye test, I can't recommend Lunettes enough. It's a much more relaxing experience altogether and I've always been very happy with them.
