  4 weeks ago my family spend over £1,000 on funeral flowers. Only to be told by a very unhelpful member of staff that they were too busy to do some flowers for her grave today. Our family have used this florist for years and quite frankly feel let down at a difficult time.

  Order by phone with confidence, and if you are not sure of your flower choice, tell them a little about the recipient and trust them to get it just right! I spoke to a lovely lady on Saturday, and asked for a 'Water Bubble Bouquet' to be delivered to a much loved aunt living in Grantham, which is on the other side of the country for me. Since the bouquet was to be a surprise, rather than a special occasion, the lady at Glen-Esk Flowers suggested delivery be delayed until Monday afternoon because a large order of fresh flowers would be arriving on Monday morning meaning she would have a huge choice of lovely flowers to select from. This afternoon I received a call from my aunt - the 'Water Bubble Bouquet' has been delivered as promised and she is absolutely thrilled to bits - they are stunning, she says, they include carnations, rose, chrysanths and others she cannot name, in soft shades of peach. The word "beautiful" was used several times too :) Well done, Glen-Esk Flowers of Grantham, you have certainly done me proud - thank you.
